Legal & Terms
Platform Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of RentFlow's property operating system, billing engines, and resident portals.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, registering an organization, or accessing RentFlow (accessible at https://rentflow.rent), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using RentFlow on behalf of an enterprise, company, or partnership, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
2. Description of Services
RentFlow provides a cloud-based multi-unit property management operating system enabling operators to manage buildings, floors, rooms, tenant leases, electricity sub-meters, automated invoicing, manual payment reconciliation, and resident communication.
3. User Accounts & Organization Responsibilities
Operators are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and session tokens. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, verified information during onboarding and billing setup.
- Collect resident personal data and KYC identity proofs only with lawful consent under applicable laws.
- Promptly revoke access for terminated staff or managers via the Organization Settings console.
- Ensure electricity meter readings and tariff rates entered conform to local state electricity regulations.
4. Payment & Financial Disclaimers
RentFlow serves as an operations recording platform and digital ledger. RentFlow does not hold customer security deposits or rental funds directly unless explicitly processed through an integrated third-party licensed payment aggregator. All offline UPI transfers and cash transactions verified by operators via UTR entries are strictly agreements between the resident and the property owner.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
